The calendar of agricultural activities by period and product:

between September and January: harvesting of oranges and mandaranges, lemons, pomegranates, grapefruits, persimmons, carobs and walnuts;

between February and March: harvest of mandarins and lemons

in May: medlar harvest;

in June: plums, apricots and lemons;

in August: figs and almonds.
